• Where and what time may I board the Arabella?

We will board in Basseterre, in Port Zante Marina. Our tender will be in a designated slip here, but Arabella herself will be outside the breakwater. A crew member will be at this location from 2pm. We will be able to take your luggage at this time, and boarding will be at 4pm.

 If you are going to be arriving later than 4pm, please contact the Office: M-F 9-5 pm (EST) 800-395-1343, or our Shore Manager (401) 835 2409, or Boat Phone: 401-835-2234 to notify us. Although we do not set sail until the following morning, we want everyone to experience the Arabella from the get-go!

 

• How should I dress?

The West Indies is a very informal, casual area – very beach and water-oriented. Shorts, t-shirts and bathing suits will most likely be your attire for the entire trip. Rubber-soled shoes aboard the Arabella are suggested and certainly no shoes are fine as well!

 

• What meals are included?

Breakfast and lunch are served on board daily. Three dinners are included (4 for the 8 day cruise) and 3 are on your own. 

 

• Where and What time does the Arabella disembark?

As we are in St. Martin on departure day, you should schedule your flight out after 1pm.  If you choose to book round trip out of St. Kitts's you may book a hopper flight from St. martin back to St. Kitt's on:

• What if my family needs to get a hold of me in the case of an emergency?

In the case of an emergency, call the Office M-F, 9-5pm (EST) 800-395-1343, or our Shore Manager (401) 835-2409.  Arabella may be reached anytime and anywhere by the boat's satellite phone. The boat and key shore personnel numbers will be sent to you prior to your cruise.
