Where do I board and how do I get there?

We will board in Cockburn Town on Grand Turk at the Town Dock. A crew member will be at this location from 2pm. We will be able to take your luggage at this time, and boarding will be at 4pm. If you are going to be arriving later than 4pm, please contact the office at 800-395-1343, (during business hours, Mon-Fri 9-5pm, EST), or our shore manager Kim Paltridge at (401) 835 2409 or the boat directly – (401) 835-2234 to notify us. Although we do not set sail until the following morning, we want everyone to experience Arabella from the get-go!

What if my family needs to get in touch with me in the case of an emergency?

In the case of an emergency, they may call the office number (during business hours, Mon-Fri 9-5pm, EST) 800-395-1343. After hours, call our dock manager, Kim at (401) 835-2409.

What meals are included?

Breakfast and lunch are served onboard daily. Dinner is on your own in the various ports, except for one night is on us.

How should I dress?

The Caribbean is a very informal, casual area – very beach and water-oriented. Shorts, t-shirts and bathing suits will most likely be your attire for the entire trip. Rubber-soled shoes aboard the Arabella are suggested and certainly no shoes are fine as well! See the "What to pack” list.

How should I book my flights?

Most major airlines will fly into and out of Providenciales; Airport code = PLS. We are boarding the yacht in Grand Turk, but will disembark in “Provo”. You will need to schedule an inter-island flight from Provo to Grand Turk for boarding the yacht. TCI SkyKing offers many flights from Provo to Grand Turk www.skyking.tc daily for $88. You will only need a one way ticket to Grand Turk from Provo. You will disembark from the yacht at Turtle Cove Marina in Provo to catch your flight home (about 20 minutes away from the airport). You will disembark by late morning…usually by 11am-12pm, at the latest. If you have a flight that day, we suggest arranging one from 2pm on just to be on the safe side. You may get a direct flight into Grand Turk if you go through Ft. Lauderdale on Spirit Air @ 11:00am for $99.
